Brand Compliance Specialist, Marketing & Communications 
  • Contract position to conduct a brand audit of Boston Children’s Hospital’s main campus and satellite locations, internal and external websites, and all applications used by hospital personnel as part of an effort to solidify brand standards and strengthen brand presence in the highly competitive health care market.
  • Created and maintained a complex database of all hospital branded materials to ensure they all are up to current brand standards, identified all materials that were not up to brand standards, and created detailed reports of those items to present to the Director of Creative Services.
  • Worked in collaboration with Boston Children’s employees from varying departments as well as third party vendors to coordinate and execute changes to branded materials.
  • Worked in collaboration with the design team to develop and design on-brand and on-message marketing campaigns, materials for print and web platforms, signage, event collateral, and other promotional materials.
  • Assisted in the redesign of hospital forms and policies by creating and implementing a new universal template to be used in the creation of all future documents and reformatting existing documents within the hospital’s SharePoint site and eLibrary.
